Making another bracelet like my daily wear one, for a colleague. Been a while since I worked with titanium and boy is it hard work. Was mine really so vibrant originally? JPL linkage, rainbow anodised titanium, stainless lobster claw clasp.

Mostly it was just nice to be outside in the sun on a 24 degree day (been raining since I got home) and not be in a rush to get somewhere. I didn't get very far from home but just meandered lazily around. Of course now there is a thunderstorm rolling in again, just heard a huge clap of thunder.

Today's mission was to get a book, a physio ball for my foot, and a new seat cushion for work (I left the other one in Shetland, deliberately). What I actually managed to get (all on the list a while): - real bed pillow and 2 covers - long handled spoons - raincoat - tray top table - back scrubber

Went to the little shop near the village today to get more painkillers. Guy was in there trying to grab some lunch for the road but had forgot his wallet. So I grabbed the £10 note I still had in my wallet from Ireland and gave it to him. He's promised to find me at work to repay, but I don't mind.
