🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 Texas still has not complied and looks like it never will comply with SCOTUS razor wire ruling. The Lone Scumbag State even set up armed camps in response to any federal attempt to enforce the ruling. Why the fuck then should Colorado (or other states) comply with keeping Trump on the ballot?
I know several conservatives who are absofuckinglutely gobsmacked by this and are rethinking a number of their positions. Here's hoping those are just a few of a much larger contingent.
I wish the SCOTUS would have been expanded years ago. One party overrules upholding federal laws. Add to it Trump sends messages to conservatives on display to everyone, and nothing is done. We still have Trump navigating freely to break the law or influence others to do it for him.
Yup! You are 100% correct. And yet they denied the idiot in NM who was convicted of Jan 6 crimes and was thrown out of office. They refused to take up his case to allow him to run for office again. Yet they allowed MAGAt-man to stay on the CO ballot. Duplicitous shitbirds!
Colorado should just fucking take Trump off the ballot anyway. Use this decision to say #SCOTUS got rid of federal control of national policies. What the fuck are they going to do? Texas already showed us we don’t have to follow judicial rulings either.
