Urgent care basically says if it were my appendix we’d know it. Also says, contra my doctor when I asked about this a month or two ago, my gastrointestinal situation lately looks to them like IBS.

Somehow I have to do a grocery errand early tomorrow morning before it gets too hot, because my SNAP reups tomorrow, that is food I can both afford and will be gentle on the presumptive IBS and that in my current “I don’t want to eat most things” state I will actually eat.
