I'm not sure I can think of a reason that the fascist 6 would NOT want their docket to explode. They'll be turning out these decisions using ChatGPT and a couple of interns to do the editing. "Make sure you strike down that stuff about clean water, you know how I like it to look".

I think if you had 6 Thomas's, they might agree to phone it in and leave their June free to explore wherever Harlan Crow's jet wants to take them. I think the sluggish rate of opinions this term though, despite their numerically light cert load, is showing the strain they've put themselves under.
