here's an idea: Assign a judge to each and every government agency with their sole responsibility to adjudicate any and all conflicts. This would mean we'd need to hire a hell of alot of new judges. Ain't no rule that says a climate science expert can't also be a judge.

That's basically how they handle tax stuff tbh. Totally separate special court where you have the option to go to normal court but, like, why would anyone want to
