I just heard back from the vet about Dahlia's test results. She either has a tumor on her liver, or a tumor in her brain, or a tumor on her adrenal glands.

If it's the liver, then it's a surgery I can't afford (if it's even removable). If it's the brain or the adrenal glands, then it's extremely expensive meds I can't afford. A $750 ultrasound would help determine which it is. But if I can't afford the cure, why bother with the diagnosis?
