I *think* Sadie’s salsa might be in some co-ops? The two that seem to get distribution outside the state are El Pinto and Sadie’s. I genuinely don’t know why there isn’t better spread, there’s gotta be at least 15k people in the Twin Cities that would be steady consumer of an excellent salsa.

One of those small business ideas I have (besides opening up a dispensary/coffee shop in Duluth) is becoming a Midwest distributor for New Mexican foods.
