Almost half the votes across the three seats in my town voted Tory that said root vegetables with red rosettes could win here every time, the greens came third on about 4k a seat.

That is a head scratcher. I’d love to see the demographic breakdown of that 7m as the tories have always had the senior vote. It could be worrying if there is a new generation of them coming through.

It’s a tory country, at the end of the day. I thought there’d be some in-the-booth correction as per the polls (obviously at the cost of potential reform voters.)
