DeSantis worked too hard with his policies and his scripted speeches. DeSantis thought he could dazzle them with brilliance (which he totally lacked) without realizing Trump just baffles them with bullshit. DeSantis, and way too many pundits, think Trump is brilliant. He’s just bullshit.
