I'd say less common than duck or probably lamb. It's not unusual to see duck confit in mid-range foodie restaurants these days, or various things (Brussels sprouts, for instance) done in duck fat. And lamb is on the menu at most Mediterranean places (gyros!). I don't recall where I last saw goat.

I see goat on the menu in many Central and South Asian restaurants. E.g., Afghani, Pakistani, Indian, Nepalese restaurants.
