That's one way. I think it's also valid to say pick a word for adult manipulation. It doesn't really matter. Call one grooming and then other grossing. The point im making and people are reading past is that we need more than one term. Who cares what it is.

I think- and correct me if I'm wrong here- but there's someone in this conversation who experienced this behaviour as a child and as an adult and was pretty firm on the term they preferred. They cared. I'm with you 100% that more granular language would help!
