Wow, as I was working I had a command prompt window open and my wallpaper background was changed to a solid colour background with the company logo in the middle. Super bland. I immediately switched it back to what I was using. I might have kept it if it was actually had some design to it.

Had some inspiration to try simulating film from digital photos. I'm a bit handicapped in only having my phone with me (fewer settings to change) but here's some that I caught. 1st photo is as-shot JPG, the other two are edited in Snapseed. #Photography

So turns out I broke the adjustment screw - pressed too hard. Now there's no way to adjust the speed. It was a good walkman! I have another one downstairs that I think just needs new belts...we'll see if I can get that working.

FAIL. I successfully adjusted the speed, and then when making another tiny adjustment, I accidentally set it to full high speed. And I must have stripped the screw because now I can't adjust it the other way. Ugh.

Taped from the radio yesterday to test my new deck. Listening on my walkman, I noticed the pitch is higher than normal (most noticeable when Foo Fighters' acoustic version of Everlong played). Found a service manual for it and found the playback adjustment hole. #Cassettes #Music
