He wouldn't have any choice, would he? Surely your SC would just rule "oh there was this irregularity so Trump is President" and that's that? Pretty clear they just want to establish a Francoist state now. Don't really see anyone who will stop them? (But I'm commenting from Spain, you know...🤷)

I fail to see why he'd have no choice. SCOTUS doesn't exactly have the moral authority it used to in the US--you can see this in polling. And the last time someone tried to steal a US presidential election, the military was willing to break the law and *mutiny*, taking orders illegally from Pence.
