Also seems to imply an end to the vanity-project Banting/Vanier scholarships - sure, they had brilliant recipients, but so do the regular scholarships and the two-tier system was a waste of $ IMO. 🧪

I would also like to see an end to the CREATE and NFRF programs. They suck up a lot of resources and the benefits of the former are mixed (eg, Laurentian: great; ULethbridge: waste of $$) and the latter almost nonexistent, at least in the fields I work in.
