bullet through his head. This is in contrast to how the chief Dog of MI5 is treated to a manly punch down contest. Now both bad guys get what they deserve, but (especially in my own writing) I tend to prefer Lamb’s killing of baddie. No quips, no “let’s end this like men,” no final words.
