I like the idea of gracefully conceding. I dislike that those who make those respectful speeches are usually utterly dishonest & without integrity. It’d be nice if they could live by the principles they espouse for longer than the length of a single speech.

I’m not sure what is more annoying, the two facedness of it or that “oh well those are just things you say in a campaign” as if campaigning is a free pass and doesn’t matter
