Vote shaming, attacking, and demanding people vote for YOUR candidate is a pretty counterintuitive way to display how important you think democracy is. It is a good way to become that which you hate.

When I was around 14 I was a caddy at a very well known country club for just over a week. I left when I realized I would probably never be in a more bigoted place in my life. Almost 30 years later I've never touched a golf club again. I learned early.

I feel no envy when I see those places. I'm happy with my spot that hadn't been lived in since the 50's til I moved in 10 yrs ago. It still has appliances from the 40's and 50's. BUT, I am jealous of good insulation and windows.
