Just FYI for your followers in California, Medicaid/medi-cal patients can still get free Covid tests at the pharmacy (at least at CVS), and I just figured out that Kaiser will mail you 2 boxes at a time, 4 boxes a month per member in the household.

I like to watch the dodgers play but I hate sitting around dodgers fans at their away games. Incredibly disrespectful of the home team fans around them and inevitably looking for a fight. It’s real bummer.

I did a little in elementary school, but my mom worked in magazine publishing so we always had newer tech in the house. I did prefer it though, so much so that I always buy mechanical keyboards now because I miss the clicky-clack.

Found a pic, this one is great ‘cause there’s no breading, low fat/low calorie, they cook up quick when you’re feeling lazy, and you can make sandwiches or break them up on a salad, rice, or veggie plate… I’m sure there are similar products, but whenever I looked, everything was breaded and fatty

I used the Yummly app which collects recipes from all over, searched “low fat” and found a lot of meals that way. Also if you can ever find the Don Lee Farms frozen chicken patties (my Costco sometimes has them), they are a great low fat freezer food for when you don’t feel like cooking

When I was doing a very-very low fat diet, I leaned heavily on my air fryer, used ground turkey instead of beef, and I did a lot of highly spiced/seasoned chicken so I didn’t miss the fat as much. Someone above suggested shawarma, also like jerk chicken, cilantro lime, etc.

I don’t know if your insurance will cover it, but right now, Vyvanse brand has been easier to get in stock than the generic. Also when your therapist calls to check stock on a med, they should ask if the pharmacy can see if other stores nearby might have it. (I work in a pharmacy) Best of luck!

I tell anyone who is on any drug that doesn’t have a generic yet to get those manufacturer savings as much as possible. I don’t always have the chance to go look for one for all my pharmacy patients, but at the least I can give them a heads up that the coupon exists.
