The people would tell stories of the outside, and much of it would be only myth. The difference is that the fair society would teach and let the people know the whys and lead expeditions outside (if possible). On the flipside, news and pictures from the outside would be heavily controlled.

I guess a lot of that depends on the people and society. Is it more fair or is it favored for the rich and powerful. In a more fair city, I would expect it to be clean and not stink. People generally friendly. Less fair, the more feral the people and the smellier the city.

I just saw a bird post and it reminded me of how much I hate like 95% of all birds. They are filthy, disgusting creatures that would peck your eyes out of given the chance, then give you some crazy disease because you touched them. I just don't like them.

After the death of my War Priest (due to the deck of many things taking his soul), I have re-rolled a new toon. His name is Nuk Tar, a Gloomstalker ranger (with dips in fighter and Rogue). If he gets the drop on you and opens with a surprise attack, it's all but over.
