If by "line" you mean "reality" yeah. At least the things he said were, you know, factual. If either of those old men are losing their minds, it's Trump. I'm from New Jersey. He was making news for decades and this Trump is a far cry from the man he used to be.

Rockaway myself. I remember going to Action Park as a kid until my parents presumably figured out how dangerous it was (so dangerous Donald Trump decided against investing in it because even he thought it was a bad idea) and it just kind of stopped existing except during ski season.

The Google deal with Reddit and the Getty Images AI demonstrate that there is a market for licensing copyrighted works for inclusion in AI training data sets. The ability of an AI to spit out verbatim copies of works shows that there is no real transformation.

Deepmind is USEFUL artificial intelligence. Its use in drug discovery is a great example of how AI can help humans do their work as opposed to being a copyright infringement and privacy invasion machine.

I mean there isn't a legitimate argument against administrative agencies enforcing laws. Arguably the separation of powers doctrine would prohibit Congress from enforcing the laws that it enacts because that is the role of the Executive branch.

As I understand it they ruled that police don't have a general duty to protect any specific member of the public but the case of school safety officers seems to be rather different. They're there in a more specific capacity that may end up distinguishing this case from the prior precedent.
