Cake recipe was 1/2 of the "Two Egg Cake" from Fanny Farmer's Boston Cooking School cookbook, 1941 edition (bought secondhand at Russell's downtown, in the 1990s).

1 – Make sure your pan will fit into the toaster oven. Mine is about 8” across, less than 2” deep. Should have straight sides, round or square both okay. Mine is metal, glass or silicone probably work too. Grease the inside.
