I think the mod-poster relationship should effectively be almost like a senior NCO often can be to their soldiers: outright antagonism at times that serves as an outlet for the antagonistic nature of posters, while still maintaining proper channels for criticism and cooperation+doing the vital shit

personally I stick to a pretty basic line: it’s bad when countries are invaded and bombed(Iraq, Libya, Palestine, Ukraine, etc). it’s bad when civilians are massacred. it’s bad when you see cruise missiles fired and bombs dropped into residential neighbourhoods
