I'm the runt of the family. My Father was 350 at one point. My brother is 6'5 275. Very large polynesians. I'm a buck fifty dripping wet. But I eat too many double cheeseburgers and garbage. My wife never lost the baby lbs both times. I want to change with her.

If you go vegan, you can eat whatever the fuck you want that’s vegan. There’s a trash food part of vegan: Oreos. Thin Mints, Fritos, Garbage Pail Kids…but for the most part it’s easy and you stay thin. And it’s delicious.
