Well in theory he could but if the point in doing so is to get rid of the 3 or 4 bozo judges that would argue that he could do so is to replace them with competent judges that would say a President couldn't do something like that then he wouldn't have such immunity kind of a catch 22.

For problem with the Acolyte is the same problem most Disney Wars have had: very poor characterization. What initially made Star Wars work was marrying a fantastical setting with simple engaging POV characters living in it. Disney keeps losing sight of the characters in their own stories.

Typically I find that mostly depends upon the judges jury instructions vs whether or not the prosecutions case reasonably meets the criteria the jury instructions have laid out in he eyes of the plurality of the jurors at which point its usually not long before they reach a verdict 1 way or another.

Again literally no 3rd party candidate can get on enough ballots in enough states to win even in the abstract. We're not being scared in to this binary decision it just is a binary decision. But this doesn't end with said decision & acknowledging that is the situation is not giving Biden a pass.
