Good lord I just read the beginning. (Too early on a weekend to subject myself to the entirety). But am I right that this allows a negligence claim against the organizer of a protest for injury done by an entirely different person during the course of the protest?

(But also could be used against right wing protest organizers, who often do seem much more violence oriented with their Nazi flags etc.) By the way is anyone injured on Jan 6 suing Trump under this same theory?
