What exactly does your statement have to do with the Jewish Museum in DC, which is what he was writing about?

Anti-union "persuaders" must file forms w the labor department describing their arrangement with a company. This Amazon "persuader" says it has a "verbal arrangement to provide professional consulting services...as may be needed from time to time." A *verbal* agreement?! Did they also pinky swear?

Also my sense is that many successful liberal people correctly accept the concept of structural racism but otherwise buy into the American dream of hard work leading to success/next generation being better off etc. - which leads to ppl not taking labor/economic injustice as seriously as they might.

Joining the conversation: I think a lot of ppl (not limited to law profs) who consider themselves liberal have a harder time w economic justice issues & esp w labor. In the US these just don’t resonate, or maybe we don’t have as much of a framework for talking about this as other kinds of injustice.

(But also could be used against right wing protest organizers, who often do seem much more violence oriented with their Nazi flags etc.) By the way is anyone injured on Jan 6 suing Trump under this same theory?

Good lord I just read the beginning. (Too early on a weekend to subject myself to the entirety). But am I right that this allows a negligence claim against the organizer of a protest for injury done by an entirely different person during the course of the protest?

Hi everyone! A Q for those who are on here & also on Twitter: do you use the 2 sites differently? Or just post the same thing on each? I know this is likely to be less wild weird & troll-filled, but how does that affect how you post, engage, converse, interact w ppl on here? Thanks!
