Why? He wasn't president during the time the criminal activities occurred. He wasn't president during the trial. Sentence his ass NOW!

He *was* president during the time a lot of the crimes occurred. Maybe all, I'm not sure. The argument is that the prosecution relied upon information relating to official acts. With this bullshit SCOTUS ruling, Merchan has to consider it. I'm furious too but I can't say he's doing anything wrong.
