I've had fried zucchini before, but I've never eaten a zucchini blossom! My Michigan grandmother made incredible fried zucchini--Grandma knew we loved it, so she'd always make some when we'd visit. I'm super curious about stuffed, fried zucchini blossoms now! It never even occurred to me before.

You should try it. There are recipes using various ingredients for stuffing. I use finely chopped sautéed onion, garlic & zucchini. Sometimes adding cooked Italian sausage and parmesan cheese. Then coat with seasoned breadcrumbs or tempura batter and fry. 😋
