Honestly, even if he were a corpse, I would still vote for Biden. And that's because he's a decent and capable guy who has surrounded himself with decent and capable people. There's a VP in place ready to start on Day One. The country would still be in good hands.

In US v Nixon, the Court acknowledged the principle of executive privilege, but expressly rejected Nixon's claim of an "absolute, unqualified Presidential privilege of immunity from judicial process under all circumstances." I don't think this case undoes that.
