I've had a daily nosebleed for over four years which no ENT seems willing to investigate past prescribing a nasal spray. I keep wondering what they'll find when they actually scope the area, instead of just looking at what's immediately visible and telling me I'm fine. It's a scam, I tell ya.

For anything you don't have a date for, approximations are "enough" for something like recipes. My grandma was a baker, & I learned from her as I was learning polysyllabic words. Her favorite measurement was "enough". Baking bread? Take enough flour & enough yeast, bake it long enough... &c.

Nor I. But I didn't grow up with it in the "local" repertoire of my childhood... but know that I have similar issues with certain =other= songs. Similarly, I've never been able to learn the lyric to "Men of Harlech", because I learned "Ode To Woad" very early on.

Silence is not an option for me. I walked others home from Cleveland bars with OUR baseball bats, because the kids from Parma would come up 12 to a station-wagon to "kill a couple queers" as their weekend entertainment. Police did nothing, so we had to ourselves. In many ways, we're still there.

Can it turn a calculus text into a fourth-grade reading-level text? I see *some* uses, but not for *literature*. Use this to =increase= human understanding? Sure. Use it to gloss literature? My [best] educators specifically included test questions which showed who =only= read the Cliff Notes.

I find cooking for one difficult only because of the way certain things are packaged; one bought grocery has four portions, another has two... But it's possible, especially if you can cook 4 portions and freeze three. And, as stated above, it =is= a learning curve - know that you have resources.
