There is a mum and her child in this picture. Ever time is see this it breaks my heart. Millions of tragic stories being play out because of russia. Today in Norway while in holiday I say more Ukrainian families torn apart. Children just waiting to go home. Ukraine must win and soon.

3:45 to 5:15 is 90 minutes, the timing doesn’t work unless his gym is right next to his bed… so from the off his whole statement crumbles. Perhaps if he wasn’t so tired he might be able to work out a better false schedule.

Surprised it’s that low. Personally I have removed everything that is not Ukrainian related from my X follows. Interesting that it has also resulted in my FB activity coming to a complete stop. Think my time on anti-social media is nearing an end thanks to Elmo. Sub Stack and here are my go to.

I have to say, if you want to preserve the lives of your citizens as much as is possible and ride yourself of vermin this is the way to go. Frontal assault seems insane now given what we know from June. Constant attrition in the rear area is the way forward. Make their lines collapse.
