Good reporting on an entirely predictable problem. Fun fact: Airbnb also covers up thousands of sexual assaults every year! Its internal safety team has "cool-down rooms" to take a break from the trauma of what they hear. It's a bad company, a bad industry, and people should just stay in hotels.

You're not wrong. At their best, the Art the Clown films (including ALL HALLOWS EVE) are very creepy. And misogynistic splatter at their worst. Won't lie though: Art the Clown is a brilliant character design. A silent B/W clown who makes no noise (even in pain) is low-budget artistry at its finest.

So it looks like my Facebook account is unrecoverable. Impossible to navigate the Meta Help Center, and the guy I spoke to at the 800 number said reinstatement would cost me $300 (LMAOOOOOOOOOOOO) so AI-riddled Google is no help. "Three hundred dollars"...!

I love Servo melting down as Barbara Streisand. You just KNOW Best Brains wanted to tackle her A STAR IS BORN remake. Honestly, I could rally behind a catfish monster - walks on land, voracious predator - but it would have to be properly executed. Blood Waters of Dr. Z was not properly executed.

When schools started teaching students with Telltale's The Walking Dead games, I argued (and still believe) that Final Fantasy Tactics also should be taught because 1) its story about theists revising history is dynamite and 2) the Calculator job forced me to memorize the prime numbers between 1-100

I almost put Deja Vu in *my* Top 4 Despised, but went with more known movies. For all the reasons you cited, along with how it cheapens any message the original film had. In my mind, Deja Vu makes the same mistake all the crappy remakes did: it commercializes sexual assault. Shame on you, Meir.
