Tigalari, also known as Tulu Lipi, is the writing system used for Tulu, derived from the classical Brahmic script Grantha, notably found in Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Many modern scripts like Malayalam, Sinhala are derived from Grantha.

Daiva is the culmination of extensive on-the-ground research and travel over a period of 9-12 months. During my exploration of remote villages and bustling towns of TuluNadu, I captured some incredible photos. In the days leading up to the book's publication on May 13, I'll be sharing some here.

We’ve hit a pivotal low in Indian history where even the poor chicken is thrust into political polarization. The sunlight-deprived depressed caged bird never imagined its fate would involve becoming a TV star, albeit in a spicy gravy bath post-slaughter! Voters and chickens hv something in common.
