no it makes total sense, that’s what it used to be called! but that was also when everything involving trans care was named, designed, and run by cis people it still largely is, sadly, but we’re getting more of a say than we used to, so the terminology is becoming more inclusive and correct 🙂

no worries! nobody knows everything. this is how we learn 💜 it's because we're not reassigning our gender, our gender has always been what it is (for most of us), and gender is entirely separate from bodily features so medically transitioning confirms the gender we already are, not changes it

i’ve had bad knees my entire life, no doctor has ever bothered to find out why today it finally caught up with me i’ve had my last run i’m making plans for other cardio i can do, but running saved me when I couldn’t transition for years i feel really weird right now

yeah same. and the unbridled body horror of going through the wrong puberty is something I reaaallllllllly wish all the cis people making puberty blockers illegal had to experience. seems only just, since they’re doing to trans kids.

oh thanks! my glasses have actually evolved with figuring out what my style is post-transition. the more like the real me I felt, the bigger and bolder they became. I wrote an essay about it if you’re curious!
