If the mini HEPA unit works, I'd consider it. I'm just wary of "clean" theatre, where people ritualize behaviour that doesn't make anything cleaner or safer. Like bozos wearing masks under their chin or nose insisting that they "wore" a mask, or coughing directly into hands w/o washing them.

At worst, travel HEPAs are neutral and therefore, should not be banned on flights. *If* they don't work, what's the harm? And I've worn an N95 & a mini HEPA to travel to 6 different countries since 2020, I present in front of 1000s of people every year and I've never caught Covid.
