Walked through the Library of Congress today. It’s beautiful. It feels like a small relief that it could likely survive the coming years because Trump can’t read and likely does not know it exists.

Did not join my family visiting the Supreme Court. Visiting that hot mess this soon after seeing Jefferson’s personal library would be too much. You can see the shelf where Jefferson kept the books that inspired him re government in the middle.
