What was the constitutional basis for refusing to hear Obama's last scotus pick? Where's that in article 2 section 2 clause 2? The court is illegitimate.

Advise & consent. Senate has the right to refuse consent. Senate used senate rules to deny consent. Court is totally legitimate. You not liking totally legal procedures to prevent that psycho Garland from getting a seat on SCOTUS is your problem. His misconduct as AG shows he was a bad pick.
