I mean my parents are Presbyterian ministers. My dad voted R until 2020, when he sharply turned toward Biden and preached a lot of sermons creating a permission structure for his church to vote D (in Florida no less). I don't agree with them on everything but I am proud of them for that

It makes a certain kind of sense that a Presbyterian would be swayed by a threat to democratic values, I get it.
