They kill your gut biome and start you fresh with someone’s healthy one. It’s all done with dehydrated fecal matter in dissolving capsules, so not as disgusting as it sounds. Has saved lives with diff c. and other gut issues. Also shown in some cases to affect obesity. Who knew.
