I’m not clear on what the new rules are for tipping my Supreme Court justice. When I was a kid, the going rate was 10% of the net gained in a friendly decision, but I hear that it’s crept up to 20% or above. So, Miss Manners, what should I get for the Corrupt 6 when they do me a solid?
