My only worry is I think he misstates the 25th Amendment for Harris selecting a new VP. It's both chambers not just the Senate. Which would Johnson and Co. allow her to pick a new VP? Otherwise totally on board with everythign else

No one wants Johnson to actually have any power, so I think there's a path.
