I joke on here, often at democrat's expense, and I don't see a point in having any mercy about it when I do it. Please understand that I'm not joking when I say the incumbency advantage is absolutely a real thing, and it's impossible at this point to tell if there's a dem worth giving it up for.

There's really not, not now. The Democrats have neglected their up-and-comers too long, there's no one who can pinch hit here. Maybe if they'd been setting someone up for it over the last four years, but they haven't.

Kamala is basically unelectable, for reasons both bullshit and legitimate. The same is, unfortunately, true for our boy Bernie. When I say "the only hitter the DNC's got on deck is [Clinton]" I'm not fucking around. And that is 10,000% the DNC's fault, not ours, but that doesn't make it less true.
