I loved it when folks were furious that I shipped Wolf and Fox because “Wolf killed Fox’s dad” so their relationship was problematic. Like a dude made a burner account just to tell me off haha.

Yeh we're all built different! If you aren't seeing a lot of results, I'd try doing more weight and fewer reps until those start to get easier. It also depends on the workouts you're doing, too. But yeh thank you!! Best of luck to you. :3

Been going Tuesday-Friday, each day focusing on different zones. Arms, shoulders, back, core, and legs. It depends on your personal goals though! I’m not looking to get HUGE. Just toned. My only tip is go with a friend if you can! Get good reps in and don’t feel pressured to add too much weight.
