I am a sucker for shiny! I'd prefer a shiny hyena and gryphon over the original matte, but I like the original gryphon's face better and my original yeen is just fine. Hard to justify getting new ones. I do want to get like five more skunks though. They're just such amazing toys!!! 🦨🥵😘

Well I've heard a lot of people talking about quality issues with IW. Such as those who said that the original gryphons were weak toys that has common issues. I myself have had no such issues with my IW toys, and I have owned many of them. Either I'm very lucky, or they're not as bad as people say.

Only leak issues I had with my skunk were the valves, they can be difficult to seat correctly. Hence why I converted mine from seven to two chambers. Comes with the territory though. Basically gotta learn to fix toys if you're gonna have them.

I got my Seeburg 1000 background music records today. They are nine inches in diameter and closely resemble a 10" 78. Note the proprietary 2" center hole. These were made in 1972 and are dated to be put in rotation in 1974. They play at 16 2/3rpm. The music is groovy and pleasant!

The broken part has been remade. Drive train is now complete with new idler roller as well. Crappy inkjet printed strobe disk says speeds are pretty much perfect.
