Elden Ring: the option to rebalance my build is there. Much as I appreciate it, it's still a major hassle unlike in Monster Hunter. Instead of ED's stats, its armor perks and simply switch around what I have or forge. Weapons might need upgrading but not ED's level of scarcity and expense.

I do this because it is part of the fun. I don't want to let weapons/spells rot in storage while I run a single comfortable set all game till I win. I know I can beat the game, but I wanna see a bit of what it has to offer when I'm rewarded for completing challenges.
