And hey listen I don't wanna get real into it right now, but our society super stigmatizes fatness and fat people, and most people therefore have biases and bigotries to root out, nasty seeds tossed into your mind garden. Including people who are fat. It's a stupid thing that causes so much harm

And I have had to work to root out biases I'm ashamed to say I didn't even know I had. I had a conversation with a fat person while getting Phen Fen back in the day to lose that stubborn 10 lbs, and he just outpoured his struggle to me and I was one of those 'just run more' assholes at the time
