But really the only way to address that would be to be like 'wizards can't war bc magic too big' and to have some Marvel comics Illuminate who can cast a worldwide 'no one can do magic for X time' spell to prevent it. Otherwise SOMEONE starts melting Nazi faces because...NAZIS.
