I try to keep my TL neutral and happy nowadays (mostly for my own MH) but like...this. I used to be very much mired in despair and it's WILD how much like alarmist political stuff actually played directly into my complex PTSD and made me not want to do anything. It's...BAD.

Like this stuff can have a real material impact on MH and health overall. IDK what the takeaway is here, just like be careful out there y'all and remember your limits. You don't need to live in states of despair and hopelessness to consider yourself politically aware. There's a middle ground.
