I think the Dems are counting on Trump being so abhorrent they can keep up their least popular policies that benefit them personally, simply trusting that the alternative is so horrible we'll just settle.

If that's true, they're horrendously underestimating how conservative many US citizens really are. Everyone not called Kamala Harris would easily win against Trump however, that's how horrible I consider Trump as a choice to be. Biden though, a guy unable to keep a thought straight? Not so much.
