It’s not a copyright issue, because no one is making copies. First dale doctrine allows you to sell the copy you purchased. I suspect this is squarely within contract law and the terms of the purchase agreement. Whether enforceable or not depends on how it is phrased, as well as on applicable law.

I am struck by the fact that, if we follow the line back through the dozens of people who are allowed a say in whether Kate Cox gets a life-saving abortion, nine of them are GOP judges, many are lawyers, and the rest are anti-abortion Texas politicians and none of them are Kate Cox or her doctors
